Huh? Really. Huh?

Yes, that's right. It's a new job. Yes, that's right, in a new city. No, not here. Yes, somewhere else. Why? What do you mean, why? My life was going nowhere pretty slowly. Well, not my life, really, but my career. Yes, going nowhere. Slowly. Stuck. In a rut. That's why. Yes, I'll be moving. I can't really take up new job in new city which is not city I live in right now without moving, can I? Yes, I know, I'm incredible and work miracles and deserve to be sanctified, but this is beyond even me. No, my parents will not be moving. Yes, they'll be staying here. Why? Because this is their home, you nincompoop. Because they have lived here for the past 43 years and their life is here. Because they have children and grandchildren who love them still living in this city. Yes, they will miss me. Yes I will come home for weekends. Why? Because I love my parents and this is my home. For always. Going to a new city for a new job does not lessen my love for my family or my home. Am I sad? Huh? HUH?
Dear Lord, has no one else ever gone away to a new city for a new job.
P.S. Is it too late to apply for a change of community on my birth certificate?

@me
thanks.
yeah i know. and i console myself that it is only a new job in a new city and i have definite answers for the questions.

@shain
not so much 'who' as 'who all' or 'who not'.
and no i do not plan all weekends to be spent in hometown but some definitely.
the community change thing is just me wishing i belonged to a community which had a better idea of what not to ask.

@mac
thanks.
