Crimp the sheets of cellophane
Slide into the window frame
Red, blue, green and yellow panes
They join the playroom game.
Shape yesterday’s newspaper
Crease, paste, paint and fake green trees
White walls straight and red roofs taper
They make the dollhouse piece by piece.
